The Gaza Strip, one of the most densely populated places on Earth, now lies in ruins after years of blockade and months of continued devastation.
For a brief moment, the fragile ceasefire allowed families to breathe again.
But even as they confronted the immense loss and destruction from the previous onslaught—homes destroyed, entire neighborhoods reduced to rubble—recent attacks have only deepened the crisis, leaving countless more caught in an unending cycle of suffering.
More than 500 people, including children, have lost their lives as airstrikes resume in Gaza. The death toll is rising, with thousands injured and displaced once again.
